How to run a Bootcamp ​

What it is for ​

This procedure takes an organiser from zero to a Bootcamp in which participants fill in workbooks, discuss exercises with AI and get a final evaluation. It ties together four parts of the app: Subscription, AI → Assistants, Organization → Permissions and Bootcamp → Manage Bootcamp. The Bootcamp screens are always in Czech, so their buttons are given in Czech with an English translation in brackets.

Before you start ​

  • The organisation's plan must include the Bootcamp module — otherwise Bootcamp does not appear in the left menu (see Subscription).
  • Your role needs, in the Permission matrix under Bootcamp, Event and participant management → Create and Edit, and Workbooks → View to read participants' work (see Permission matrix).
  • The organisation needs AI credits — every AI consultation uses them (see AI credits).

Step 1: How to prepare AI assistants for the exercises ​

  1. In the left menu click AI → Assistants.
  2. Create one or more assistants as described in Assistants and publish them. The Bootcamp only offers active published assistants.
  3. If you want a separate assistant for the final evaluation, prepare it too — it must not be a coach-type assistant.

Step 2: How to decide on the participant role ​

New participants who join by link become members of the organisation. By default they get the role Bootcamp - účastník, which only gives access to their own workbook. Usually there is no need to change it.

If you want a different role, create one with Bootcamp → Workbooks → Own in Organization → Permissions (see Permissions) and choose it in step 4.

Step 3: How to create the event ​

  1. In the left menu click Bootcamp → Manage Bootcamp.
  2. Top right click Nový Bootcamp (New Bootcamp).
  3. Fill in Název akce (Event name), optionally Úvod pro účastníky (Introduction for participants), and the dates Začátek (Start), Konec akce (Event end) and Přístup do (Access until).
  4. Click Vytvořit se 14 cvičeními (Create with 14 exercises).

The event is created as a Koncept (Draft) with 14 exercises. Details in Manage Bootcamp.

Step 4: How to configure the exercises and the event ​

  1. In the event detail (the Nastavit button on the event card) choose the Cvičení (Exercises) tab.
  2. For each exercise click Nastavit, choose Asistent pro toto cvičení (Assistant for this exercise), switch on Povolit AI konzultaci (Allow AI consultation), optionally add Metodika a podklady lektora (Instructor methodology and material), and click Uložit (Save).
  3. Leave exercises you do not want to open yet with Cvičení je přístupné (Exercise is open) off — open them during the event.
  4. Choose the Nastavení akce (Event settings) tab, check Limit AI konzultací na účastníka (default 100), Asistent pro závěrečné vyhodnocení and Role nových účastníků, and click Uložit.

No AI on every exercise means no final evaluation

The final evaluation opens for a participant only once every exercise has an AI reply. If an exercise has no assistant or AI is off, participants cannot run the final evaluation.

Step 5: How to publish the event and invite participants ​

  1. In the Nastavení akce tab switch on Publikováno účastníkům (Published to participants) and Povolit přihlášení přes odkaz (Allow joining by link) and click Uložit.
  2. On the Registrační odkaz (Registration link) card click Kopírovat odkaz (Copy link) or show participants the QR code.
  3. People who are already members of the organisation can also be added by hand in the Účastníci (Participants) tab with E-mail účastníka and Přidat člena organizace.

Step 6: How to run the event ​

  • Open exercises gradually in the Cvičení tab (Nastavit → Cvičení je přístupné).
  • In the Účastníci tab follow Vypracováno X z Y and open Vypracování a konzultace and Závěrečné vyhodnocení.
  • If participants run out of their limit, raise Limit AI konzultací na účastníka.

How to check it works ​

  1. Open the registration link in a private browser window and sign in with a test account.
  2. Click Připojit se k Bootcampu (Join the Bootcamp) — the workbook opens.
  3. Fill in Moje podnikání and one exercise and click Vyhodnotit s AI (Evaluate with AI) — the assistant's reply appears in the Konzultace s AI panel.
  4. In Bootcamp → Manage Bootcamp → Nastavit → Účastníci you see the test participant and their work.
