Glossary

Short explanations of the terms that come up most often in Doubleros and in this manual. Terms are written the way you see them in the app.

Organization and team

Organization — a separate space with its own data, members, subscription and credits. One account can belong to several organizations; you switch between them with the organization switcher. Technical texts call it a tenant or workspace. See Organizations.

Account — your identity across the platform (e-mail, password, name, photo). It is shared by all organizations. See Profile and my account.

Member — a person with access to an organization. In Organization → Members they are marked Internal or External. The mark is only a label — it grants no access; what a member may do is decided solely by their role. See Members.

Organization administrator — a member who manages the organization: invites members, assigns them roles and configures the organization. Usually a member with the Owner or Admin role. When your role does not allow something, ask the organization administrator. See Members and Permissions.

Role — a named set of permissions assigned to members. A new organization has the roles Owner, Admin and Member; create more in Organization → Permissions. See Permissions.

Permission matrix — the panel of a role listing the menu items with the levels No access, View only and Can work. See Permission matrix.

Own — the permission-matrix right to work with your own records instead of all records of the organization. What exactly it covers differs by section — see What Own means exactly.

Invite code / Invite link — a code or link a person uses to join an organization on their own, with the role the code is bound to (each role can have one code). Created in Organization → Members → Invite codes — see Members.

Subscription — the plan the organization pays for using the platform. See Subscription.

Credit — the unit the organization pays AI work with. The balance is on the Credits card in the sidebar. See AI credits.

CRM and sales

Client — a person you do business with. In CRM → Clients. Elsewhere you may hear contact or lead.

Lead — a prospect who has not bought anything yet; in the app, a client without a closed deal.

Deal — one specific piece of business with a client. In the menu CRM → Deals. It moves through stages such as New, Negotiation, Won or Lost. See Deals.

Pipeline — all open deals together; shows how much money is in play.

Salesperson — a team member responsible for a client or a deal.

Group — a list of clients built by rules or picked by hand. In CRM → Groups. See Groups.

Target — a salesperson's or company's plan for a period. See Targets.

Sales (eshop)

Sales — the eshop module in the sidebar (formerly Eshop): orders, products, categories, attributes, discount codes and shop settings.

Product — what you sell: physical goods, a digital product or access to a course. See Products.

Variant — a specific version of a product, for example a T-shirt in size L. Each variant has its own price, stock and availability. A simple product has no variants.

Attribute — a property variants are built from: size, colour, access length. See Attributes.

Supported currencies — the currencies the organization sells in. A product price is entered for each one. Set in Organization → Settings → Localization.

Advance invoice (proforma) — a document asking for payment up front that the customer gets with the order. Issued only when invoicing through FAPI.

Payment reminders — e-mails reminding the customer of an unpaid advance invoice (five waves around the due date). The log of sent reminders is in Sales → Payment reminders.

Instalments (instalment sales) — the buyer pays the first instalment by card and the rest is charged automatically on schedule.

Upsell — an extra offer after the customer has ordered something.

Downsell — a cheaper alternative for a customer who declined the upsell.

Content: projects, websites and funnels

Project — in Content → Projects. A project holds the domain, the design and the SEO together; website pages, funnels and forms live inside it. See Projects.

Studio — the project's workspace, where the AI builds and edits pages and funnels from your brief. Some app texts call it AI Studio.

Website — a multi-page presentation of the project with a shared header and footer.

Page — one page of the website in a project.

Funnel — a sequence of steps (pages) leading the visitor to one goal, such as a purchase. See Funnels.

Test mode — the funnel is public, but no payment is taken and nothing reaches the analytics.

Publishing — making the project public. Until the project is published, visitors do not see it; after that, further changes made in the Studio go live right away.

Custom domain — your domain (e.g. mydomain.com) the project runs on instead of a Doubleros address. Attached in the project settings.

Form — a form for collecting contacts or orders; created inside a project. Submitted data shows up in CRM → Clients. See Forms.

Opt-in — a page or form where the visitor leaves a contact in exchange for something.

Lead magnet — the "something" you give in exchange for an e-mail: an e-book, a template, a video.

Slug — the part of an address that identifies an organization or page, for example my-company. An organization's slug cannot be changed after creation.

Membership

Membership — the online course module (formerly Academy). For a student it offers Home, My learning, Course catalog and My Certificates; administration is in Membership → Membership administration.

Course — learning content split into modules and lessons.

Module — a thematic chapter of a course containing lessons.

Lesson — one part of a course to learn; video or text.

Bundle — several courses sold and unlocked as one whole. In administration they are on the Courses & bundles tab. A bundle member gets access to every course in it; when you add a course to a bundle, existing members get it too.

Supplementary content — extra content (for example bonus materials) that is not sold on its own and belongs to a bundle. Bundle members have access to it while its tile is on the bundle's home page; remove the tile and members lose it, their saved progress stays. On the Home page of the whole membership area only members of the bundle it belongs to can open it — others see the tile locked.

Home page — the first membership page a member sees (Membership → Home). Set up in Membership administration → Settings → Home page.

Membership member — a person with access to a course or bundle (for example after a purchase). Listed in Membership administration → Members.

Certificate — proof of completing a course, found by the student in My Certificates.

AI

Ros (AI helper) — the AI helper right in the app, opened with the Search or ask AI field in the top bar. It used to be called App Assistant. It answers questions about the organization and can make changes in some areas. See Ros.

Assistant — an AI assistant for your customers, managed in AI → Assistants. See Assistants.

Knowledge base — material (texts, documents) an assistant or agent answers from. In AI → Knowledge.

Agent — an AI agent that handles e-mails (Mail agents) or phone calls (Telephone agents) on its own. Doubleros switches on the Agents module.

Prompt — an instruction for the AI. The system prompt is a standing instruction that defines who the assistant is and what it should do.

Tokens — units of text the AI processes; they translate into credit usage.

Ambassador

Ambassador — a person who brings you customers for a commission.

Affiliate link — a link that assigns a customer to an ambassador. The ambassador finds it in Ambassador → My Affiliate Link.

Level — the ambassador's commission rate in percent.

Payout — paying out accumulated commissions to an ambassador; in Ambassador → Payouts.
