Quick start
What it is for
The quick start takes a new Doubleros organization from an empty account to its first sale: account → organization → settings → payments → team → product → page or funnel → check. Do the steps in this order — each one assumes the previous one is done. Each step links to the chapter with full details.
Step 1: How to create an account and an organization
- On the sign-up page fill in First name, Last name, Email, Password, tick the VOP consent and click Create account — see Sign-up and e-mail verification.
- On the same page enter the 6-digit code you received by e-mail and click Confirm. The account is activated and the app signs you in straight away.
- On the Welcome to Doubleros screen click Create organization, go through Basic info, Localization, Billing details, Notifications, Integrations and click Create — see First-run setup wizard.
How to check it worked: the sidebar shows CRM, Sales, Membership, Content and Organization.

Step 2: How to complete the organization settings
- Open Organization → Settings → Localization and check Supported currencies. Add every currency you will sell in — before creating products.
- In the Billing details tab check the company details and fill in Account number (it appears in payment reminders).
- In the Branding tab upload the Organization logo and fill in Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
- Click Save.
In detail: Organization settings.
Step 3: How to connect a payment gateway and invoicing
- Open Organization → Integrations.
- Under Payment Gateway choose a gateway (Stripe, GoPay or Comgate) and fill in the access details from the gateway provider.
- Under Invoicing Provider choose FAPI, iDoklad or POHODA if you want invoices issued there.
Without a payment gateway customers cannot pay by card online.
Step 4: How to invite your team
- Open Organization → Permissions and check which roles you have (a new organization has Owner, Admin and Member) — see Permissions and Permission matrix.
- Open Organization → Members and invite colleagues by e-mail — see Members. Alternatively send them an invite code or link from the Invite codes tab on the same page.
Step 5: How to prepare what you sell
- If you sell in variants (size, colour, access length), first create attributes in Sales → Attributes — see Attributes.
- In Sales → Products create a product, enter a price in every supported currency and publish it — see Products.
- If you sell an online course, create it in Membership → Membership administration → Courses & bundles and connect it to the product — see Course administration.
Step 6: How to build a website, sales page or funnel
- Open Content → Projects and click New project — a project holds the domain, the design and the SEO together; pages, funnels and forms live inside it.
- In the project add a New page (a single page of the website) or a New funnel (a sequence of steps towards a purchase).
- Let the AI generate the content and adjust it — see Projects, Funnels and AI funnel guide.
- To collect contacts or orders, add a form to the project — see Forms.
- Publish the project. Until it is published, visitors do not see it; after that, further changes made in the Studio go live right away.
Step 7: How to check that selling works
- Open the published page or funnel in a new browser window.
- Fill in the form or go through the order.
- Check that the order appears in Sales → Orders and the contact in CRM → Clients.
- If you sold a course, check that the customer got the access e-mail and is listed in Membership → Membership administration → Members.
How Ros (AI helper) can help
In steps 5 and 6 Ros (AI helper) helps — open it with the Search or ask AI field in the top bar. It can, for example:
Add product Wool Hat priced at 29.90 EUR in category Winter Accessories
Create discount code WINTER2026 for 20% off all products
Ros does not build websites or funnels — those are built in a project (Content → Projects).
Who can do this
The organization's founder with the Owner role can do the whole walkthrough. Colleagues need permissions for the modules they work with (for example Sales → Products or Content → Projects) — see Permission matrix.
